Easy Horseradish Sauce
1 tbsp grated horseradish, fresh or jarred
2 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt or crème fraiche
Salt and pepper
Squeeze of lemon
2 tsp chopped chives (optional)
- Put the horseradish and yoghurt or crème fraiche into a bowl and add seasoning.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
- Add the chopped chives (if using) and mix again.
- Taste the sauce; if it is too hot add more yoghurt or more horseradish if you want it hotter.
