Sirloin or rump, 2cm thick, 5 minutes (rare), 8 minutes (medium), 12 minutes (well done). Fillet steaks are approx. 1cm thicker so will need an extra 2 - 4 minutes cooking time

200 g bamboo sprouts in strips (from a jar)
1 red pepper
200g water chestnuts (from a jar)
6 leaves of pak choi
Light soy sauce
Light fish sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
