Hazelnut and orange salad dressing
Grated zest of 1/2 orange and the juice of whole orange
4 tbsp hazelnut oil
1/2 tsp salt
A few grinds of black pepper
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Shake up all the ingredients in a jam jar (with the lid on) until emulsified.
This is a good salad dressing that goes well with acidic or peppery leaves such as watercress, spinach and rocket.
