Honey and mustard vinaigrette



  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

  • 1 tbsp seeded mustard

  • 3 tbsp while wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking Method

Shake up all the ingredients in a jam jar (with the lid on) until emulsified.

Serving suggestions

Cooks tip: You can add a teaspoon of finely chopped chilli or ginger for an extra kick.
