4 tbsp groundnut oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Juice of 2 limes and grated zest of one
1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp light soy sauce (OR 2 tsp fish sauce, 'nam pla')
Shake up all the ingredients in a jam jar (with the lid on) until emulsified.
Cooks tip: Add 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
