Ingredients
For the Pork Meatballs:
500g Specially Selected Pork Mince
3 spring onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons Shaoxing rice wine
2cm/20g piece root ginger, peeled and finely grated
1/2 pack fresh coriander, finely chopped
75g panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg, beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the Sticky Hoisin and Soy Glaze:
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons shop-bought hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons water
Cooking Method
To Serve (optional) 24 lollipop sticks, or small bamboo skewers 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
