Ingredients
For the pork Milanese:
2 Specially Selected Pork Loins steaks
1 egg
2 tbsp plain flour
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt & pepper
For the tomato tagliatelle:
2 eggs
200g plain flour
Olive oil
15-20 baby tomatoes
1 onion
1 stalk celery
½ courgette
1 garlic clove
Salt & pepper
1 stalk rosemary or ½ tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp capers
100ml white or red wine
Parsley
