Roast Scotch Beef Wraps

Serves 1


  • 1 tortilla

  • 3-4 slices of cooked roast Scotch Beef (70 g)

  • 1/2 small red onion, cut into fine rings

  • 3 large green salad leaves, washed and dry

  • 2-3 tbsp reduced fat creme fraiche

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper

Cooking Method

  1. Heat and toast the tortilla in a pan on both sides, then brush with the creme fraiche.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Place the salad leaves, onion rings and roast beef slices on the tortilla.
  3. Season once more, roll, halve and serve.
