Roast Scotch Beef Wraps
3-4 slices of cooked roast Scotch Beef (70 g)
1/2 small red onion, cut into fine rings
3 large green salad leaves, washed and dry
2-3 tbsp reduced fat creme fraiche
Freshly ground pepper
- Heat and toast the tortilla in a pan on both sides, then brush with the creme fraiche.
- Season with salt and pepper. Place the salad leaves, onion rings and roast beef slices on the tortilla.
- Season once more, roll, halve and serve.
