Scotch Kitchen Herb Butter



  • Sprig of thyme - finely chopped

  • 125g unsalted butter - softened

  • 3 cloves of garlic - crushed

  • Bunch of flat leaf parsley - chopped

  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together well to avoid lumps
  2. Transfer the mixture to some cling-film, wrap and mould in to an even sausage shape
  3. Pop in to the fridge to chill
