Scotch Lamb with Honey and Mustard Glaze
4 lean Scotch Lamb gigot steaks
30 ml (2tbsp) Scottish heather honey
30 ml (2tbsp) mustard
- Pre-heat grill to high.
- Mix glaze ingredients together, add steaks, mix well, cover, and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes (if you are in a hurry you can cook straight away).
- Remove and cook under preheated grill (line grill pan with foil as the marinade may catch) for 10 – 12 minutes in total turning occasionally.
Turn setting down if glaze begins to catch.
Serve with green salad and new potatoes sautéed with garlic and crispy onions.
