The Guild of Foresters, formerly the Foresters Arms reopened it’s doors in March 2014. The newly renovated venue has a reshuffled bar, introduced an evolving food menu and a little more than just a lick of paint. However none of the history has been lost in this development. From the map of the town adorning the ceiling, to the menus made from original floorboards, the Guild of Foresters is steeped in stories.

The Guild of Foresters is pleased to provide an ever evolving seasonal menu, prepared with the freshest ingredients and made to your order. All ingredients are locally sourced where possible, from Edinburgh, Midlothian and Scotland.

The food served is a blend of good Scottish home cooking and fine dining cuisine
