We do BBQ!
Authentic in that we have two American-built BBQ smokers and all our meat is done looow and slooow just as it should, but we're embracing what's around us, from local pigs and cattle to Irn Bru and Whisky to give what we do a Scottish twist. Every day you can fire in to Pulled Pork, Smoked Brisket, Burnt Ends and Ribs, all with their own house special rubs and with scratch-made sauces of your choice. But we also like to play, so keep an eye out for some seasonal meats and cool cuts coming out of our smoker!
